Southeast Minnesota Code Officials of ICC (SEMCO) is planning a one day continuing education seminar for all in construction field, inspectors, plans examiners, designers and for those who are in need of CEU's by State of Minnesota etc. March 15th in Rochester.  This program has been written to demonstrate the changes from 2006 IRC to 2012 IRC without any Minnesota amendments.   Click here for registration

10,000 Lakes Chapter Education--Significant Changes to 2012 IBC and IRC

Two identical sessions March 27-28 at Eagan Community Center and March 29-30 at Jimmy's convention Center in Vadnais Heights.  Overviews the changes from the 2009 to the 2012 IBC and IRC. The course identifies changes in organization and code requirements and the applicability of these requirements to design, plan review and inspection.  Instructor - Doug Thornberg AIA, CBO, Formerly Vice-President of Education for the International  Conference of Building Officials (ICBO).
